Did you find an Error in any of our transcriptions? We are dedicated to accuracy, but when dealing with old handwriting, interpretation of the script can vary. Also, spelling inconsistencies exist because name spellings are not standardized in early records, so you might find a name spelled many different ways in the same document. We try to keep the flavor of the times by using the old terminology, spelling and punctuation even if we know it is incompatible with today's standards.
